Gentle Reader, thanks! I do have a lovely place to walk! It’s a funny small old condo complex, but the grounds are gorgeous. It’s the reason everyone moves here.

Thanks, Nan. They’re rhododendrons, and they are in bloom everywhere here right now. Lots of different colors, and huge bushes covered with flowers. It’s a feast for the eyes in Seattle in the spring!

Booklogged, I think we appreciate the vibrant colors so much more because of the darker winters. And all that rain pays off at this time of year, especially.

What a beautiful quote and photo 🙂 !

Thank you for your comment on my photo of sleeping Anna and her brother’s hand. They had both snuck into my bed yesterday morning. As I slipped out to go take a shower the cuddled together. Jonas (7) put his hand in Anna’s (5) and they held on tight 🙂 !
    Great start to my day.

This is off the subject, but…I noticed you are listening to Bell, the Celtic harpist. I had the opportunity to hear him in person, which remains a great joy of moy life. I play his music to calm the class when they are restless. Isn’t is just beautiful?

Bellezza, I would love to see him in person. I have two of his CDs and love them both. And yes, the are wonderfully calming in the classroom. We never get tired of them!
